To whom it may concern-
I had received the Sony NTM-910 as a gift for my baby shower. For the first three months I loved this monitor and had no issues with it.
Recently it is receiving bad reception (cutting in and out), not holding a charge for more then 4 hours and when you try to charge the monitor (and have it on) there is a constant beeping sound along with interuption between the receiver and the headset.
Normally this would not be a big issue but we use this as our primary baby monitor for my 5 month old daughter. I feel that the monitor should be replaced since it is defective and will not function normally... we have tried everything from letting the battery completly run out and charging - not to mention but we cannot use the monitor when it is charging since there is a continous beeping noise when charging.
