my alarm just crapped out on me

my alarm just crapped out on me, and there is no response when i press the buttons and the remote battery was just replaced about a month ago.i see no fuses and all wires are connected,and the vibration sensor under the dash is flashing, but the alarm no longer works and because of the starter kill my truck wont start even with the valet button pushed in.
