Please help find the manual for this Dell Desktop PC

Serial #DTJFM41. The computer was a gift and came with no manual. I don't know what certain ports are, or if some I need are built in this computer. It's black and looks similar to the OptiPlex GX240 except USB ports are in the back and not in the front.
