My power adapter is causong the switch leds to blink constantly, I believe it is dead. The power adapter is made by BTC and it is a 6A output hard to find in retail stores. Where can I find one to replace it?

Hi, I have a Centre Com 8116, 10 Base-T/100Base - tx 16 Port Ethernet Switch with management and need to replace the fan inside. Don't want to have to take it down and open it if I don't have to, so I wondered if anyone knows what fan is inside and what a model number would be. Thanks, Sue
