  loud humming noise    I purchased the above in 2002. It is makeing a loud noise (humming) and not heating. All else works, lights, control panel, turntable. The handle came off the first year I purchased it. I have read several similar handle complaints since researching this product.

  moisture buildup in glass door enclosure    The door on the microwave looks like water has gotten inside the glass and has not evaporated. looks like rust. what can be done?
