  need a owners manual    i have a cannon printer that is a i475d and i need the owners manual because it is not printing full lines

  Please help find the manual for this Canon Printer    I have put new ink cartridges in and using photo glossy paper. The colour isn't coming out properly it is a greeny blue colour and has lines through it.
