  can not print    i have 5100 i have just done some copying and now i can not print from the pc the paper just keeps coming out blank. the copy button is lit up all the time, ican not cancel it

  ink lights not lit up    followed setup inst's but ink lights not lit.calib'n takes in paper, sounds like it's printing but produces blanks.I have checked both c'trges and they appear to be ok.What next?
