  Don't break the belt release lever    I was trying to clean some of the saw dust out of the sander and was tapping it on the ground when I accidentally tapped the belt release lever. Ouch. Was able to buy a new one though from www.ryobitools.com for $11 incl shipping.

  stopped working    I was using the sander and I stopped to change the belt when I tried to start it back up it won't start. Any suggestions?
