Need info on justing rifle scope ELV & DEF. . .If rifle is shooting at 200 yds low do I adjust sight up or down to bring sight to center mass. . .need to know ASAP. . .Thank you

i came across this telescope 302058. the only thing is it is missing the end piece where u would look through. not sure what its called so i don't know how to replace it. it looks like it screws on but not sure what it is that screws on. help please
