Product Problem: Monitor turns on then off

Monitor turns on for probably a half second, then displays no signal, then goes black and the power button changes from white to amber. My other monitor (shown) works fine.

Product Problem: buttons on monitor won't work

The monitor comes on bright and clear, but a small box on the center of the screen about volumn control. none of the 4 buttons do anything at all. one is for the menu, two are arrows left and right, and one is off and on button. None of them work. any ideas? Thanks, Tom

Hello Everyone! I just wasn't looking close enough. The second slot is right above and behind the lower slot. You just can't see it very well until you get up close with a magnifying glass! There is no hidden slot under the keyboard! God Bless! Kenneth
