I changed both cartridges, deep cleaned them and still no print. The paper is fed, the ink moves back and forth but nothing is on the page. I tried copying something and the same thing happened...only blank paper comes out. HELP PLEASE.

i just figured out that i need to put the paper on the bottom of the printer but whenever i put in a paper it goes in crocked and it ends up spitting the paper back out >=/ i sat there for 20 minutes trying to insert that paper how do i put the paper in?
