Product Problem: door will not go up or stay all the way down.

When closing door rises back up one foot and stops. It then will not go up or down by holding the push button, but goes back to down position and up one foot and stops.

Product Problem: garage opens only half way and stops

The garaqe door only opens half way and stops. It keeps happening like this for 3 to 4 weeks. There is not difference whether I use the wall control or the remote control.
Could any one tell me how do I reset it so that it will open fully? Now I only can do that if I release the door from the screw drive and push it up with my hands.
