has anyone managed to connect this printer to a livebox network. if you have how did you get round the MAC code on the livebox? i have tried everything - got 2 laptops a pc and a Wii connected so i think i know basically what to do to get a connection. it just wont connect!

If it is anything like the monitor that I have, you might want to check to see if there is a wire inside that burnt. The one I have, a friend owned. He turned it on and it started smoking. Unplugged it right away, got ahold of HP and they wouldn't help because he was 2 days over warranty. I have it now, took it apart and a wire melted. When I went to unplug it, it broke. Now I need to find the cable. Any ideas where I could find the cables for inside the monitor? I am in Burton, MI. Hope this helps.

I need to know where I can find a replacement cable that is attached inside the monitor itself. The monitor quit working on a buddy of mine. It started smoking when it was turned on so he just unplugged it and called HP. They were no help because they told him it was 2 days out of warranty. Figures. Anyways, I have it now and I took it apart. Found out what is wrong with it, a wire inside actually almost burnt itself in half. I tried to remove the bad wiring but in the process it came out of the connector. It won't go back no matter what I do. All I need is either that same wire or just the connector and I can put it back together and I am positive it will work. Can anybody help me with either a part manual for it. (HP VS15C flat panel monitor) Or tell me where to look for connectors/parts for it. Thank you in advance. I appreciate it. Dowayne
