I had someone else loads songs into my MP3; however they did not load my songs they loaded theirs so now I no longer have the cd to load the software into my computer to delete the songs they added and to upload my songs. Please help I want to use my MP3 and I don't like the songs that are on it now.

To set the time/date just hold down on the Stop button; will say 1 for Sunday. To get the right day just hit Skip. Then press the Stop button again to get the hour; again using Skip to get correct hour. Stop again to get minutes; Skip to get correct minutes. I can't find my manual either. Any idea how I can get the "L0" to stop flashing? Please!
