In the advanced settings mode:I try to align the red and blue to the cross hairs but the red convergece will not move down to align(it will only move left and right). Thus the picture is distorted at the top and bottom of screen in a convex pattern.

My t.v does not turn on if i push the power button the green light flahes on and off put will not turn on. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back on the geen light is still flashing.
