Product Problem: Band alignment & crank arm rubbing

Band comes off a lot of times... I have noticed this happens regularly when the crank arm rubs against the Eddy Mechanism.. what can I do to eliminate this problem?

Product Problem: how to convert from km/z to mph

I cannot find my manual and somehow switched from MPH to KM/z. I would like to see MPH vs KM/z. I am unsure about the NTL 12941, I know that it has C2300 on the control panel.

Product Problem: Tension Motor

We apparently lost the tension motor on the SL728; I ordered a new one from ICON, installed it and it worked just fine until the auto cut off. When you start the bike back up later, the tension motor is gone again, it's as if it has forgotten it is there. any thoughts?

Product Problem: Display not progressing

I purchased a floor model but didn't see it plugged in. The display doesn't progress at all - no time, no RPM's, no distance. It's as if the display doesn't even know I'm on the machine. Has anyone else seen this?
