I can feel the belt slipping when I'm walking at speeds of 3.8 - 4.2 and probably slip at higher speeds. What do I need to eliminate the slipage.

My treadmill just started where it will not pick up any speed, the machine turns on and the roller slowly starts to move, if you try and increase the speed it will not increase. everything else seems to be working fine..any ideas ?
