When in manual mode, the tension will still increase automatically. Also making a screeching noise occasionally - usually when stopping, but sometimes when in motion.

There is not a lot of troubleshooting info in the manual for the 880 S. The console on ours is not working. Changed batteries - nothing. Checked the cable/wire harness to make sure it had not come unplugged. Wasted time taking it apart. Is there anything else that could be causing the console to not work at all? I'm afraid if I purchase a new console, the problem will turn out not to be the console but something else in the machine.

My treadmill is just labeled Proform 625. I don't know if the EX is different. I need to know how to turn the power on. I have the red chip to put in it, but nothing happens and it's been years since I've tried using it. I also have a broken bar underneath on the right hand side so I don't know if that is what the problem is. Is there a way to order a replacement bar?

Product Problem: tread run's when power is turned on

When power switch is turned on tread mill run's full speed and none of the contorls work or do anything . The only way to stop it is turn off the power switch. What should I be looking at to fix this problem.

I hope someone can answer this. MIne doesn't even need the safety key inserted. As soon as you turn on the switch it starts running full blast and won't stop.

it there a mantainance schedulle or any lubrification I should do on the machine?
It cracs and bump when changing the inclination and the thread gets stuck each time I step on it like I'm to have for the mill or my sweat is iticking on it. I'm 235 lb righ now.
