i'd like to get a copy of the manual, have had the scale for years and never did anything w/it except weight, now interested in doing the body fat thing and i need a manual to figure it out

when I replaced bateries the scale showed letters not numbers..now will not come on at all

Purchased same # batteries CR2032 Scale does not work. First 00.0 comes up the 0-Ld then eventually ERR All this without standing on the scale It keeps repeating this sequence without any input from me.

the scale seems to be out of alienment refusing to go up & down
